You can either learn to raise capital in the investor world or you can learn to make creative offers that give your seller what they wanted.

Just starting out in the fix and flip world talked to several hard money lenders but most require several flips to work with me since I have not done any in the past.

Internet has really done a disservice with how it's harmed peoples ability to interact in the real world. 

Doing both will open up a new world of profit for you..  

@Jake YatesIf you are waiting until the houses hit Zillow, you are seeing them as the rest of the world sees them.Speak to an agent and give them really clear criteria of what you are looking for.

This is my first post on this forum and I am new to the world of real estate investing.

Very few things in the world will have more than one.

All of a sudden the world looks different, 1000's are losing their job, 1000's are dying, lending slows down, deals start to fall apart.

I was wondering if any of you have had real-world experience.
