Can I walk a property with someone?

Hi everyone - I'm a bit new to real estate investing, so forgive me if this is taboo to ask: I would to tag along with someone here in Pittsburgh and walk a property. Doesn't matter the location, property type, etc... I simply need real-world experience. I've read books, I'm taking finance courses at Upitt, but nothing can substitute actually walking properties and putting in the hours. 

Even if it's just a rehab you're going to check the progress on (I have rehab experience), I'd love to take a quick look.
