Also for all those people who say they can't get cash flow on the WEst coast did you see what the number one rental rate increase market in the entire US was.Well won't leave you hanging   PDX and the Couv.. up 15%  that's right .Plus you actually get your rent here.. and you don't have to deal with HUD to get rent etc etc.

With that in mind, I'd tell you to look at...Central Arlington - Generally, south of I-30, west of 360, east of Green Oaks/Little Rd and north of I-20.

I do own a home that's within a 20 minute drive of the Air Force Base and I am trying to buy a house that's a little further west in the valley (closer to my next job location) and my plan is to rent this home out once I can get the second home.

Im looking for higher cap rates than what im currently getting on the West Coast. 

Presently I am in the ministry working for God as a missionary in West Africa, due to the mass decision by U.S churches to promote the gospel to reach people in the West Africa region.The house was previously listed with a Realtor but we decided to handle it on our own in order to know who we are renting to.
