It is a nice solution.

Take a look at it and see if it will work for your situation because it might be an inexpensive solution.

Open a conversation, look for an RE "problem" they're having that you can solve and talk about possible solutions with them.Look at it as the beginning of a friendship - you're making a new friend.

You can either work on building your value, and how that solution solves their pain, or realize that they aren't feeling pain at all. 

This outline that I've created is more of a solution to my main goal of job income replacement, so I can work because I WANT to instead of working because I HAVE to.

The question is what are the answers and solutions that will move us back into a free market.

While this may not be the solution you are looking for, it has the structure that provides the most security for the capital contributors.

I like the solution above - continue to pay rent until it's released.

I then used closed cell spray foam to ensure that it was encapsulated from the interior.I am not saying this was the best solution, but what I did.
