I have been fortunate to work for good schools with teachers who value English education.  

Fundamentals of real estate are those aspects taught in state approved schools for those seeking a license, that type of education is non-existent here but there are comments in forums to that you may pick up,  if you recognize them.

Lease was for $1400 per month.top of the line school district, middle of the line neighborhood for the area due to less amenities.  

However, I 've bought 2 houses that way and I actually just had a promising call yesterday when I called one waiting to pick my daughter up from school. 

I like good school districts.

I'm looking for an solid working class areas that have 5+ rated schools.

We found that April and May were almost completely vacant each year (mud season), then things picked up again the 3rd or 4th week of June when school let out.

(by neighborhood I mean one named area)  I am farming a single school district (Although, we have begun to expand into other areas.) in a suburb.  

Schools wouldn't be a big concern in this case.

They had moved in from out of state, and I had helped them get situated with schools, doctors, etc when they were new in town.
