I was considering a full security deposit refund (including pet deposit), paying for movers, offering my Realtors services and $2,000 cash. 

Can anyone provide recommendations on realtors, property managers and contractors in the Cleveland area?

I havent had much luck with lookimg through redfin so looking for wholesalers, realtors and contractors.

Bought a foreclosure that I thought was a great deal, but a terrible realtor resulted in the house sitting for almost  a year and breaking even.  

Kitchen/Bath - I've heard many realtors talk about this and claim a seller would *always* get a nice return on a either.   

When finding new Tenants, do you find them yourself or post with a realtor?

Im a small company so cant handle months of holding cost if I can help it. .Realtors and Investors tell me to wait about a year(almost there) & people will start buying them again, so your time frame may be perfect!  

but I’ve found that I’m constantly going back and forth between apps (Zillow, Trulia and Realtor) to figure out what info I need.Would be great if one site had all the info easy to access/search.I know some apps allow keyword searches but I think a 6 unit specifically may not show like something like “multi-family” would.

I have a very helpful realtor that does not push me to buy, but he pushing a little on this one because he believes it's in the right place at the right money.
