Hi @Blair Glencorse best you can do is ask for a list of references, at least from the Houston market I have heard a lot positive feedback from landlords who rent out to Airbnb companies.

Ive started out about a month ago and been cold calling nonstop but have yet to have any interest. i try to make offers when i can and seems like to foreclosure lists is way too small. should i try going into a bigger market like austin or houston and do it all remotely or keep it in SA?

I went on Facebook for guidance but no one really said much other than what I already know. our budget is 350k maybe a bit more but would really like to keep it at that since we have a family. we were looking at the san Antonio area because of prices Houston but not gonna lie, we fear the flooding and consider forth worth as well but prices seem to be going higher in that area. any specific advice that I can get?
