My bf has been asking me to be patient and hold off on buying another place for a little while and just live with him until I find what I want, which is fine but here is my quandry…I can sell my condo and use that money to pick up another house, sure.

I've seen where people hold off for 2 weeks, then 2 months, then 2 years, then something crazy in the world happens - justifies another 2 years, and so on.

It can hold real estate assets of all kinds, and the rents, sales, option money, etc., come into them all tax free.
