Hello, I am building twin homes with the intention of holdings long term. I noticed the secondary market has been making financing more difficult for rentals. I am comfortable with the 75% LTV but now I am running into the 12 month cool down period. Any one else seeing this and have you found any other option for affordable rates? Thanks, Brian
