Hello everyone,I'm excited to introduce myself to this forum and start my journey in the world of multi-family real estate investing.

Hello friends, I am looking for legal advice on a potential tenant issue for my single-family rental on the East-side (Sammamish Issaquah area). 

Last year, I purchased my first multi-family property in Holts Summit Missouri.

These are single family homes that are worth anywhere from $500k-$1.25M, rented on a long term basis to renters that are paying a lot of money so there is a standard of care that I'm expecting for myself and renters-- over what I would expect from a 1 bed / 1 bath renting for $750/month (no dig to anyone who owns these, in fact I wish I had more of these). 

While I've typically focused on single-family homes, my journey into real estate began with buying my first house using a VA loan and house hacking it, then acquiring additional properties from there.

.- Current Rent is 150$- $200 behind market avg.I am very comfortable in single family homes in this town (own 18 SFH rented and performing well).

I want to attract families or couples.
