I think some of those type businesses where travel or hotel is part of it will be impacted the most and or at least double digit % loss effects.

Not to mention that you have an old building with some pretty costly deferred maintenance issues (re-pointing the brick, electrical is old, heating is not separated) that will cost you tens of thousands of dollars over the next several years.A low single-digit return on a property with lots of Cap X upcoming doesn't exactly get me excited.

I plan to use this first home buying experience as a stepping stone towards becoming an active investor in Maryland (and possible elsewhere), but i still have a lot to learn.I am the lead PPC strategist for one of the biggest agencies in town here in Baltimore, so I have extensive experience managing PPC & lead gen campaigns, and all things digital marketing.

An example would be, buy & hold investors whose money is at a lower cost.The truth of the matter is if you are a wholesaler who has integrity and once you have a solid group of buyers on your digital Rolodex; you should learn their cost of money.

You may have already uncovered this in your research, but should you choose to invest in Chicago, you will be tempted with the double digit cap rates and high returns with properties on the south side of the city.
