Knowledge is great but in my opinion it’s useless if you’re not actively using it, and it could be very dangerous if you’re accessing wrong or old information to solve new problems. 

They also have a paid version which allows for more features but as of right now, it does the job!

I'm focused on building up the down payment now and trying to identify a good market(s) to invest in at the moment.

I'm now trying to put my dreams into practice as the kids are aging out of the house.

If you want to check on the property every few weeks you can but a good PM can do everything you need without strings attached that a partner would do thanks for tip!

I have already got paid by the insurance .now it comes to signing the contract with this restoration company ( the same company that dry the house ) , and their contract was very basic .. it didn’t list in detail of what they were going to do  .. for example 1.initial material ___$upfront 2.drywall / paint  _____ $upon completion 3.Cabinet completion _____ $upon completion 4.Flooring _____ $ upon completion 5.
