Understand the reason why they are considered #1 in the country is they have a large staff which a lot of other providers simply could not do. 

there is potential to grow there for sure here but the management of more staff is my one hesitation.  

I think those numbers are if you're trying to scale and create a big company with staff.

Hi Pierre, no problems the staff there have been really helpful as demonstrated from one of the earlier post from the Sunday call.

If they have average operations Once you get beyond that you need full blown staff support multiple contractors etc.Also to cut down on fee's you may want to just fund the rehab out of pocket and only borrow for the purchase..
