It does last a lot longer than laminate, win it comes to water damage.

This intelligence of my competition at one courthouse was brought into serious question when I watched someone I believed to be on the ball win a bid on a property I knew to be burned to the ground.

I love Robert Kiyosaki's quote "most people never win because they are more afraid of losing". 

It takes longer to win larger commercial clients than it does personal but has a much larger payoff in the end.

Then you don't have to blindly salute and follow advice, but can learn to build your own ever growing army that you put to work and give marching orders to win the battle and the war, in the battleground of your choosing, where you are strong and have many allies and your opponents are weak such that you can either sniper them off if need be or better yet use diplomacy to turn them into allies. 

Those with the highest level of risk tolerance combined with the highest level of knowledge win or lose the most.
