Getting started is the hardest part, especially that first property, and what strategy to start with. 

Buying pre-construction properties in Latin America to flip within a short period of time is a risky strategy in general but even more so today given the rise in prices over the last few years.Medellin is a great place to invest provided you buy the right kind of property but not because it's still undervalued according to international standards.

It's a strategy where you buy a property below market value, renovate it to increase its value, rent it out for cash flow, refinance to pull out your initial investment, and then repeat the process with another property.

Great strategy that should be highly considered in my humble opinion. 

Sadly, frustratingly, stupidly….not only will one party not allow the other party a “win” in an election year, these proposals will cost $, and that may actually be preferred.
