Do buy any systems or programs from the so called "guru's" Its a waste of money and this is coming from a guy who spent 2k before having to figure it out.If you have that kind of money to blow then you should just get in on deals.

I'm guessing you draw a nicer clientele, which is nice to be able to do.I'd be livid if I gave you a lot of money (a truck load of money in the eyes of the tenant) and then was told that you were going to reconsider things.
