Glad to be in BP from Eau Claire, WI
I am a relative newbie to Real estate investing. I was pumped to get into real estate to have residual or "passive" income about 10 years ago and got my first SFR that was a big bust for me. So I quit.
Now I am an interior designer and I have a family I would like to spend more time with and ultimatley have more time to live and give the way i want to.
After many months of Utube footage and online guru webinars viewed I finally found Bigger Pockets and this resource and it's many members have inspired me to commit to investing in real estate.
I am very glad to be a part of this community. A shout out to all the UW- Stout Grads in WI!
