You spend 2 months cleaning it out, using an ozone machine to get the smell out, repainting it with oil based Kilz, sanding the floors and replacing some of them, updating the kitchen and two bathrooms, putting on a new roof and new HVAC.

Has anyone use deal machine in NYC for this D4D search?

I'm just using it as a catch-all, parking lots, industrial, car washes, gas stations, anything outside of common asset classes on here.
