The hourly ones have expected completion times based on sqft and bedroom/bath sizes so they really cannot take too much of an advantage, and even if they did we are covered by cleaning fee (all of this has been factored in already).Most hotels staff in house to the point of their lowest occupancy months and bring in contractors at times of higher occupancy, so we are trying to follow this model somewhat.

@Charles AdamsThat is a game changing statement for sure and enough to get the plaintiffs attorney excited You will still get a lot of conflicting opinions and the fear mongering is very real.....Some of it is warranted and some is just sales based on scare tactics I have owned in my personal name and been sued personally not really a fun experience haha  

Rates have dropped a bit and then went back up last week due to some junky CPI index data but will start to come back down based on upcoming market reports.

I'm based in Trumbull and actively looking to diversify into the MTR space as my next investment.

This will go easier with water-based than with oil-based poly.
