I don't do luxury homes, I don't do BPOs, I don't focus on fix and flips, I don't market to first time home buyers, I don't focus on sellers wanting to sell a home.

If the broker or agent has little requirements and will take anyone approach to throw to the wall and see what sticks then they are not FOCUSED.

My question is does it make sense to hold a single family in a market that the rentals are low compared to the sell price and focus on the long term value increasing or should I sell and have a clean start in a new state?
