Get yourself a solid, legal system for screening out the bad... and some clues on the really good ones in my opinion....For me the long term, steady paying, no problem tenant is key to success (turn arounds are all the work, so the longer they stay the better in my opinion, just renew and adjust rent upwards slightly if warranted by market).In short, I find the leopard does not change their spots...

If all you can get is the number, though, it's usually at least a clue that there's something derogatory on that report - or not.There's just so much you can learn with an actual credit report.

And a note buyer if they have any clue as to what they are doing will want verification that the note was legally created vis a vi Safe act.I like this strategy for NON owner occ in states that allow those to be exempt from Safe Act.

Especially if I hate what I'm doing degreed or not...While attempting to figure it out, I have since, demolished and build my deck, installed crown molding, installed carpets, refinished my kitchen cabinets, remodeled my bathroom, installed my irrigation system, built two window seats, installed windows, build a kitchen island, and designed and built a day bed out of a bunk bed...I had no clue on how to do any of those things, I got books, watched videos, and asked a lot of questions...
