Also they put in a new electrical service and had to lay the brick on one section in order to mount the new panel, so it would be tough to redo that spot or transition to a different siding material.As far as the two fireplaces I might consider eliminating one of them because I agree that the return on investment for both isn't there due to the high cost involved to finish a fireplace.

Being a person who would like to get into real estate investing full time I would prefer to purchase a place to set up shop.My realtor turned me on to a property in a suburb of our town which contains a small storefront on a corner spot on Main Street with (4) 1 bedroom apartments as well.

The bill/receipt for a new central A/C will usually have a statement regarding the inside temperature will have a 20 degree difference from the outside temperature an that is normal..  78F is fine provided the humidity is minimal.Keep in mind that high ceilings, sunny skies, humidity, skylights, etc..will also have an effect on inside temperature.Window A/C's, portable A/C's and split units will deliver much lower temperatures then central A/C.
