Denver and surrounding areas have looked to be good places to invest in the past 3 years, has anyone had successful flips in Northern Colorado?

So I need some help doing the BRRR strategy successfully...

But if he wants he can speak to this..I just look at some of the most successful folks I know and they have a lot of real estate paid for.. bottom line. my self personally I have paid off or sold all my long term contingent liabilities including my residences although I still have a little to go on my Oregon home but I have no more than 20% LTV on it.. 

I understand it's two loans on one property, I was just curious if anyone had any success doing that. 

You're probably in a better position, being a GC - but still, the success of a deal is usually determined before any work ever starts, so you just have to find the right deal.
