Fewer phone calls, fewer text message, fewer trips to the various home stores and to my garage. 

I see this as a safety hazard if nothing more (fire depratment issue, stray animals taking up residence. someone playing in it and getting hurt, etc).I've checked the lease and there is nothing in there about not storing boats/vessels.

We do both - Airbnb and Corporate rentals - So the question is do you make money as a host or do you make more money as an investor. I want to see large, established, national tenants near the property (Starbucks, Target, chain grocery stores, chain restaurants etc.).

Use a couple 11,000 lbs metal jack stands you can get at most big box stores like Lowes or HD.
