doing some research for an upcoming presentation, and as a hands-ON investor, it can be hard for me to really put my 'hands-OFF hat' on and compare passive investing vehicles without any bias. i'd love to hear especially from those who have tried multiple strategies, which of these you lean towards most & why:- syndications- REITs- private lending- being a hands-off capital partner- buying from turnkey companies (not sure i'd call this passive though)...

What are you doing so grossly negligent that your insurance company would not cover an insurance claim on ?

They have picked the best companies to integrate with and we haven't had any issues! 

Most of the time in a larger title company the management has a great person that may answer any of your questions to get your business. 

We got it through our wholesale company ..

I am so much happier once I got out and we started this company prior to the last crash. 

Local banks are more tailored for conventional programs, so you may want to look into institutional companies that specializes in commercial financing.

I have owned Vacation Rentals and my company managed about 20 and the experience was terrible.
