Our leases always state that any document signed prior to the date of the current document are null and void.

Having a hard time finding this information on the assessor's website. Do we know when the 2021 assessments will be published/sent to property owners? Thank you in advance!

Was the 2009 property built with finishes that were really trendy then, but now are feeling dated?

I would also let them know that staying beyond the move-out date makes them holdover tenants and their rent increases dramatically.

Next time, ALWAYS get everything in writing before they start a job... get the itemized quote, set start/end date, and penalty price for going over the quoted amount of time.

The expiration date of an offer can easily be crossed out and extended with the acceptance of both parties.
