hi, I live in Fort Collins and was wondering if there are any meet ups or seminars covering re investing (primarily wholesaling, buy and hold, flipping, and loan options) in Fort Collins (1st choice) or nearby (Denver).  

Any advice on the smart thing to do would be greatly appreciated.

I like the idea of cooking in some safeguards against industry-specific reliance in your tenant choices.

We use a newer cell carrier and pay $40 month for the both of us on smart phone plans (unlimited text/data).

Is it smart to rent a cheaper apt (900/mo) and buy/hold a SFH 50K and under?  

There must be some smart way for multiple investors with varying resources and skill sets to come together in a equitable and profitable manner.

The sad thing is that all the young people who are doing it the wrong way could easily put their  'street smarts' to good, honest business use.
