They may be a little miffed that it wasn't THEIR choice.In others, they can be a real pain- dragging things out, complaining more frequently, making the unit difficult to show to other prospective tenants, etc.

The biggest issue with Redford is they want you to pull permits for everything...and they charge accordingly.I have a number of rentals now, and have done a number of rehabs already, including a South Redford flip we are finishing up right now 2 blocks from the Golf Course (Private Country Club).Redford's BD is a pain in the ..., but the cash flow is amazing.
