I am 21 years old and although I have no prior experience, I attended my first seminar several months ago and it really piqued my interest in REI.

This really applies more to location than property design/features - generally unique in buildings is bad.

I know I can go to each profile, but that's a lot of work.Currently, My Connection shows when individuals create something new, and I can see when they comment on a blog post, but I don't see when they comment on a thread.Did I change a setting somewhere or is this a feature not supported?

I say training because I have purchased and read countless books, attended a few seminars and purchased a number of study courses from the "gurus".  

@Antonio Colemanundefined It seems like a CRM sytem but specifically geared towards real estate investors in the features it provides and the analytics the software will produce.

I have been studying real estate for the past 2 years and I have attended numerous real estate seminars and local meeting.

About 10 years ago I went to a seminar, jacked up my CC debt to buy the program, and knew I did not have the money to pay it back. 

Last I recall, there is a market project going up where the old market square arena was, which will feature a whole foods.
