I would love feedback on what kind of fees attorneys charge for this type of transaction, especially since I know a lot of investors create an LLC per property.

I just read as much as I could to make sure it was worth it in my situation.

This is not advice just something you can read about and general entertainment.

I recommend reading “Long-Distance Real Estate Investing: How to Buy, Rehab, and Manage Out-of-State Rental Properties” - I found it to be very helpful when I got started investing 2.5 years ago.

I've read 'Wealth without Cash' and follow Pace Morby, but I would love to connect with some people IN SEATTLE (or the surrounding areas) who have done and are currently making deals this way.

I am currently looking through different markets and reading as much about the details of making this a business as I can.

I've read some posts and am encouraged on the wealth of information here...
