HI there I'm 27 years old I live in Canada, I currently have one rental property and I'm looking to take my step as an investor.

I'm not saying that I don't appreciate some of the motivational content but at this point I'm already sold on RE investing and just want as much substance as possible.So, in a nutshell, for me and anyone else who stumbles across this post in the future: Knowing what you know now, what book would you start with and then what would be your next 2-3 steps after that?

Would I be correct in thinking the next step would be for them to file for a new deed of ownership with their names on it or would this need to go through probate again?

what steps should i take to build my buyers list?

I moved to Boston almost 2 years ago to pursue my master's degree.

I have not responded back so that I can plan the next steps. 

Please clarify which you are pursuing.

My goal is to get my first property no later than end of Q1 2018.For my immediate next steps I am 1) starting to write out clear goals on what I want to achieve and break it down into smaller steps.  2) I will be joining the Richmond REIA starting in January (December meeting is Christmas party and I'll be away). 3) Continued meetings with people in my current network that are involved in Real Estate Investing - Found out about a few by chance and have reached out.
