Jeff Robert Thoughts on the next housing crash
14 February 2016 | 25 replies
My thoughts are pretty much based on events in the past few months (ie Paris, San Bernardino, and many many massacres) as well as the 2016 cover of The Economist, ie they have a baby staring at a globe which represents the growing global pandemic of a virus patented decades ago and spread by GMmosquitoes and effective in reducing brain mass/intelligence of most children of infected mothers. That plus school shootings, massacres, water shortages, power outages, and a possible shutdown of EBT Food Stamps could quickly spark a chaos scenario in America's most populous multifamilies & cities.Look around at how many commercial/retail spaces are vacant.

Cameron Price Anybody buy homes is poor locations and move them?
4 October 2015 | 3 replies
How tall and wide the house is makes a difference and how much support it needs underneath to move in the first place. If you have to go across old bridges with weight limits, around a bunch of tight curves, low power lines and traffic lights that have to be lifted, street trees you have to work around etc.Distance and what time of day due to congestion house would need to be moved.10k to 30k sounds very light to me on moving costs.
Yoann Mamy Randriamihaja Electric receptacle with reversed neutral/hot wire?
10 October 2015 | 8 replies
I also checked it with a non-contact voltage tester and the larger blade hole (which should be neutral) appears to be hot.So I opened the receptacle (after turning power off) but the white wire goes where the white label is on the receptacle and when I compare it to another working receptacle, it's wired the same.So my guess is that neutral (white) and hot (black) wires are reversed at the power supply (electrical panel?).
