I have held jobs such as working for one of the largest grocery chains in America (as a cashier lol) to picking up decedents as a independent contractor for funeral homes.

It's simple, not easy. 

I've been looking at picking up houses through the auction sites (Hubzu, Auction.com, etc) and I know that as the buyer I will be responsible for closing costs.

I was able to pick this one up from a private seller who I tracked down via delinquent  tax liens.Keeping the property does align with my goal of purchasing  2,500 cash flowing units in the next 5 years.

It seems pretty simple to me that I could buy the house, then resell the house with just its one acre plot separate from the large almost 100 acre land plot, and double my money real quickly.

Hello, I have a simple question- How do I find out how much insurance is going to cost me on a rental property? 

I've finally got my desired niche picked as multi-family units and methods I want to use (thanks bigger pockets podcast for all the ideas) and ready to set sail and this real estate adventure. 

Glad you found audio books helpful, i would first reccomend pick your strategy- buy and hold, flip etc- then you want to figure out how you will fund the deal.
