I had to settle for a single guest code that is handed out to anyone who needs access to the unit, much like a physical key.

Read the articles here, listen to the podcast, watch the webinars and then start to ask specific questions that build on the knowledge that you have gathered. 

There are a lot of articles out there that AirBNB bookings have dried up.

@Meredith Burt because I read an article on Bigger Pockets recently that said it may be easier to get a loan through them in the current environment.

They don't need to have a physical office in the area (that just eats into your revenue because in the end, clients are the ones paying for their offices/desk workers/utilities, etc).
