Oklahoma City Balance Sheet/Portfolio Lender
I currently have a newly rehabbed property that I just placed a tenant in. I'm looking for a balance sheet lender in or around the Oklahoma City area to refinance with. By balance sheet or portfolio lender, I mean a lender who keeps mortgages on their balance sheet locally instead of selling it to a third party. Does anybody have any recommendations? Thanks!!!

For the reference point here: most local banks' or even regional banks' commercial loan department aren't selling these loans to Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae's guidelines. I've done deals with Valor Bank (my current favorite), First Liberty, and First United and each of them kept it in house for their commercial loans. So, know that when you are going in to the conversation with the lender the key difference is whether you want a conventional loan or a commercial loan.
Commercial loans are going to be a bit easier to get . . . right now and always.
