It really isn't as scary as you think and in comparison to other investments, RE is generally an easier investment to understand since it's a physical thing you can see and feel so I'm not trying to scare you off from it.

I'd still be consuming the information, staying physical active, all while  earning some money. 

Historically, I've picked about 6-10 properties to view in different class neighborhoods so that if I didn't find anything specific on that trip I would be comfortable purchasing without physically seeing it. 

But when I talked to them they just said there is nothing they can do and according to their lease they can only take the deposit for physical damages to the property.

I have physically walked through this property twice now.

I like real estate because I can drive past it and physically see what I own.

I write my own contracts, do all the work, a purist, idealistic, not the way to make millions( unless I write book 😊)My heart is to the trades guys who really do the physical workAnd not Paint pictures of ease, and high level language that gets them all pumped, with no grounding!

I'm a physical therapist so I can get a job anywhere we move.

Remember, they walk away with a physical diagram which they can refer back to, sketch on, and compare with others.

Moving here, inheriting debt, and eventually buying this house has never been beneficial to us in any way.I don’t want this to escalate to anything physical or violent.
