I have taken action and sent out some yellow letters but I haven't received a response.

They demand immediate action from buyers but then the bank will typically sit on the contract for a minimum of two weeks.

On both of Brazilian goals there was foul on Croatian players in action before goal. 

One lawyer said I need to file breach of contract with ejectment action, another said it need to be handled like a foreclosure, because of this conflict in direction, I have gotten real confused.
