Hello, does anyone have any feedback on ROI/rental income for condos in the 60610 or 60614 zip codes in Chicago?

Also own rentals, a PM company, etc and have bee investing here since 2009.

I put out a monthly newsletter specifically made for investors that covers multifamily and rental stats and trends. 

I have not met a kick butt, easy going Lady Broker or Agent like her in 30 years of Rentals in S.
