I am actually pretty sure I looked at NARPM after I listened to your BP podcast...unfortunately it doesn't seem to be too popular in PA and only one name came up within 20 mile radius and just few more within 50...will check them for sure.

I looked at Southeast Kansas vacation rentals and there has been only 1 ad in the last 45 days, mine.What I'm implying is that if there are that many people advertising their places on CL for rent, it implies there are that many, if not more, vacant vacation rentals in the Keys.

There is a huge university and a very large medical campus within 1 mile.   

The house is less that a mile from Lake Michigan and gets some serious moistness off the waterfront.

There is a new construction townhouse community about 1/2 mile away starting at $380k.
