I do a lot of direct mail for my wholesaling business, so I was just planning on finding a multi-family property through my direct mail.  

They have not responded to my attempts to contact them via mail.

Maybe get creative with your finances to see how much you can sock away in a short amount of time as a starting point.Set up some key word alerts to get e-mails about topics and geographies that interest you.

My direct mail campaigns are targeted toward absentee landlords. 

Those diseases may not have the fatality rate of ebola but are much more easily spread.The hysteria about this reminds me of when AIDS first cropped up.
