In anything we do in life we are bound to fail, what shows true character is getting back up and finishing what we set out to accomplish.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.

Only thing I can think of is, the 700k place has a higher mortgage so if economy fails and I loose my job and I loose a tenant and have to pay mortgage, I might be in trouble and eventually end up foreclosing.Also, why go further from NJ/NYC?

I have never had it let loose.

Anyone that slow I would cut loose in the first few hours because you can just tell, But I am going with extremely slow painter numbers for worst case scenario.

One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.

Move too slow and you loose the deal!

Tax, insurance, and mortgage is 344 higher than 820 so we are not looking to even make any money per month just to loose less.  

I've done some research of my own and don’t believe I would be personally or legally be bound to her injuries as I don’t think there was negligence on my part with this situation, but it does appear that my policy can cover this situation.
