I'm trying to figure out on the naming of this facility as this is going to be much more then just simple self storage and would appreciate some thoughts as some options I'm thinking are     as some keyword and then followed by  storage and yards or should i leave the yards out . like :   safe storage and yards    american storage and yards 

You will then have a few options with that rent money....you can put it into principal or you can start saving it to purchase yet another property.

I was starting to look at this as an option.

Consider targeting properties that have the potential for appreciation in value, as well as options for utilizing tax-saving strategies such as cost segregation and 1031 exchanges.

., is also a plus for potential renters as there is a demand for more affordable options compared to the surrounding areas.

That way you provide home ownership options along with rental options. 

Obviously things like house hacking aren’t even an option because we have a nice SFH with a family.

Do lenders typically work with both options or would I need to find different specialized lenders to work out each option?

Also, they could buy my Option back within the two years for 30K.
