As you know, letters of trustee sales and foreclosures become public on the county site and it appears that your home is due to be auctioned publicly on October 11th.While it’s always a bit awkward to jump into other folks’ private matters, I DO want you to know of the options you have as a home owner....From there I list their options which usually include me helping them sell it (if there is any equity), offering to sell off-market, offering to help them with a short-sale if necessary, and finally offering to simply answer any questions they may have about the foreclosure process (you'd be surprised how many are just waiting and doing nothing...).After a couple of days I will follow this up with a knock on their door.
