LLC's were developed by lawyers for the sole purpose of being able to sell them to their clients so they can charge setup fees.I do have to admit it would be a little harder to get thru your LLC's, the person would at least need the help from a first year law student to break any protection you have.

I think licensed conveyancers are typically cheaper than lawyers, but in my view, lawyers are better qualified and are a safer pair of hands.I think if you're still thinking about DIY, do a google search on the pros/cons and risks of doing so before making a decision.
