Craigslist is full of crappy wholesale deals and real estate agent ads, so trolling is mostly a waste.I advertise for motivated sellers on CL and I get a lot of action, but mostly from wholesalers or horrible properties in the worst areas.

Lowes has a terrible delivery service and fewer selections.I tried working with supply yards and they want really large customers and have really horrible service unless you are building/remodeling many homes, at least my experience in Atlanta.No Menard's here,
