Hello all,I'm looking for areas of Fort Worth to invest in buy-and-hold properties, but there is a tremendous amount of competition and I have lost out on several properties with multi-offer situations despite having perfect credit and financing in place.

Look for where you can invest for the future (3-5 years) if you want to invest and hold.

Hello Biggerpockets members,I am considering working on buy and hold properties, single family and multi-family.

Every day you waste is going to cost you money and she will eventually walk leaving you holding the bag.

I'm 23 years old and I started learning about real estate investing about four months ago and I decided to focus on buy and hold investing based on my skill set.

The goal is 5 properties in 5 years (buy and hold for rentals) so we are in a good pace to get there in the next 4.5 CheersEdison
