I am actually having a horrible experience with lending one with communication issues.

Even if it goes to tax sale it takes awhile for you to actually lose the prperty to a tax foreclosure.Thanks for the shout out @Russell Brazil

I use TenantCloud and when I make a listing on there it actually pushes it out to a ton of website. 

I think I understand a few of the reasons why (and I'm sure there are many others), but I was curious if anyone is actually making it work.

I actually am looking at RI properties and the multi families are really moving so quickly you have to make quick decisions because they leave the market in a few days.
