I would rent them out with strong cashflow before selling and make all the necessary updates and have your agent pull detailed comps to see what you can actually get out of the property.

Hello all,I was hoping to get some feedback / reviews on Prime Corporate Services.

It's the only service I've used, so I can't say how it stacks up to others.

Most of the vouchers in my area don't cover the full amount of rent, so the tenant has to make up the difference themselves.

How long have you been an agent?

I am currently seeking funding and establishing partnerships with agents who are knowledgeable in alternative financing and real estate investment strategies.

I would not be afraid to buy a property that needs some rehab, as I have renovated two full kitchens by myself, and done lots of rehab with my Dad and cousin, so I have a good understand of what needs to be done. 

My #1 goal is still to find potential off-market deals, but my #2 goal is to secure listings.Would it be viable to advertise both cash w/ fast close and listing services on the same mailer?
