Their reason was that these members are from Florida, and not in California.I paid $5K for the two day class for one of these schools back in 2006, and got a whole bunch of books, which I can purchase from Amazon (except in different covers).I believe that the best way to learn and invest in RE is spend lots of time research on BP, and educate yourself through books.Good luck

In Brandon Turner's book "The Book on Rental Property Investing", he states that you have your tenants paying your mortgage for you, and that he could work a minimum wage job for the rest of his life and still retire a millionaire because of the tenants paying down the loan.
