If you're into deer/turkey/upland hunting I'd think it's pretty good there if it's not overcrowded with military guys as you have to have a DOD card to be able to get on so definitely limits the access)  Have always wanted to look around the place.

Some highlights from the experience: I purchased the home and paid for the rehab with a combo of cash and lines of bank credit and consumer credit cards.

If it's rejected, leave your card with the seller and tell them to let you know if they change their mind (always do that anyway!).

I am 45k in debt: 5k in credit card, 17k in student loans and 23k for my car payment.

(I also have about $10,000 in car payments left - another stupid choice I made when I was younger; I do have a credit score of 752 and absolutely no credit card debt.) 

Have a third party read it first to make sure it is not negative at all and then tape it to her door with a peace offering like a restaurant gift card.
